Excellent article. One perspective many should consider, is I think it is important to separate the views of China as a country with a rich heritage and the view of the CCP, a corrupt political system rooted in a post-WWII civil war.

As Frederick Douglass noted in his Boston speech, as individuals and people, we are the same. Throw politics and government into the mix, and things get complicated quickly.
